XY7.com and Rapid Response Marketing, LLC. Launch a New Brand for 2007, Top Brand Rewards

Many exciting things are happening in the world of online advertising and XY7.com continues to grow by leaps and bounds. In order to stay up to date with all the new trends and legal issues, XY7 has two announcements, one concerning new business development, and the other focusing on compliance.

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 7, 2007

XY7.com and Rapid Response Marketing, LLC. would like to introduce a new brand for 2007, Top Brand Rewards. By collaborating with an exclusive advertiser, XY7 will be delivering countless new exclusive one field submit offers in the near future. We have already launched 8 new deals including email address and zip code submit versions of "Top Brand Rewards -- Romantic Valentine's Day Package Email only", "Top Brand Rewards -- Apple MacBook or Gateway Laptop", and "Top Brand Rewards $750 gift card" in the past couple weeks. Get to the source of the deal, sign up as an affiliate with XY7.com and grab these offers today. We will pay 1.50 for every email lead and 1.25 for every zip code lead. As a consumer, visiting any one of the Top Brand Sites can qualify you for a number of free gifts ranging from gift cards to laptops and other merchandise. Qualification for gifts is based on satisfactory completion of a requisite number of various sponsor offers.

As XY7 grows, and takes on more projects, one major concern is to make sure we stay up to date with and adhere to all FTC Legal Guidelines. We want to take charge of all our business relationships and not only make sure that we are compliant in our practices but that our advertisers and affiliates are also 100% compliant. To further our knowledge on the subject XY7.com traveled to our nation's capital, Washington, DC. where on Thursday, January 25, 2007 we attended a public seminar held by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This workshop was designed to help advertisers and marketers understand the legal issues surrounding both negative option plans and advertising on the internet in general. Some esteemed industry representatives spoke at this event including, but not limited to, Robert Sherman and Jerry Cerasale of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Susannah Fox of the Pew Internet and American Life Project, Linda Goldstein of the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), Beau Brendler of Consumer Reports Web Watch, and David Mallen of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Two main resources that were often the topic of discussion were the Dot Com Disclosures and the Advertising and Marketing on the Internet: Rules of the Road, both published by the FTC. Ultimately, what every marketer should keep in mind is that we do not want to mislead the consumer. We need to make sure all disclaimers are clear and conspicuous and that nothing is misrepresented. By operating in a moral and honest manner we can help increase the trust not only in our dealings with consumers but also the trust consumers have purchasing on the internet in general. Selling and advertising on the internet allows us so many choices and opportunities let us use this tool responsibly.

Please visit XY7.com often to see and read about all the new and exciting things that are happening! And if you are an advertiser please email ads at xy7.com.
