Tragic Bird Story

Pikkaboo! I was really eager to get out of this nesty, stuffy place. Pfft. Kinda dry too. But what i didn't know was the one step to get out would hurt so much. I landed with a thump!

Man, i need a body checkup! What if i have internal bleeding!! But it doesn't really hurt so much though.

What really hurt was my stomach. I was hungry much. Someone, feed me!!!

Eh? Hey you with the black thing, you got something for me??

Oh i know, you're here to check whether i have any problems right, doc?

Ouch ouch, watch it! Oh.. now i'm feelin' it. Oh...

Hey nurse, i'm likin' this stretching exercise. It's kinda fun. But it's really quite tiring.

Oh i need a rest. Urgh... I'm a bit nervous for the results. So how did i do??

What i'm healthy? Oh thank God!! Hey, mum and dad, i had my first body check up!

Don't worry, i'm doing fine. Their taking me indoors. Wait.. indoors??

Nooo!!! Don't eat me!!! Noooo... Uh? Oh, no thank you. You can have the ice kacang to yourself. I'm feelin' kinda chilly here.

What's with the hole there, brother? Some one died?

WHAT?! I died??

Man... i'm still hungry. Mum, dad?

Ps: The fifth picture from the top will be added into my gallery collection. I kinda liked it. I also sent it as an entry for the Digital Camera Magazine June 2009 under 'Your Mission' and the theme was 'Available Light Portraits'. Hehe. Hope the portrait of the lil bird can get its way through. Teehee.

Julian was at my place when this incident happened. So that answers the question of who that guy is in those pics. No doubt, the pretty lady is me! Blah.

Exeunt.

Hey Mabel,
Thanks for visiting my blog. I feel so sad when I saw the bird die. I hope its in peace now. By the way, you have a Moleskine? Congrats! It's the most interesting thing that ever happen in my life. I document a lot of things in there. One more thing, I like your blog header a lot. It's so cute. How did you do it?

SueJean ; Sad right? Thanks by the way.

Rainfield61 ; Thanks. I was a little bit curious on how a dying bird would see the whole thing. Thus such narration.

Jerine ; I'm not so sure whether it really is a moleskin or not. From the pictures you posted, i reckon it's something like a sketch book is it?
As for the blog header, a lil bit of set up for self portrait shoots and some cropping along with some photoshopping will make you one of those (;
The background i used buncho paint to paint it. Lol.

Haha...everytime I come to your blog I must stop at your header first. I think it's super creative. I suck in photoshop so I'm sure there's a lot of work. By the way, you can check at the back of your sketchbook, if there's an imprint of the brand "moleskine" then it's the original moleskine. Someone just sent me a new moleskine in my postbox today. I was so freaking surprised.

Jerine ; Lol. Thanks again! It was a sudden inspiration. It came so suddenly that i have to jot it down in case i loose it. Hey, i used to be real bad with that program too. Have been fiddling with it for a couple of years now and am getting a steady grip on it. It takes practice.. and also much patience. :S

Oh you mean "moleskin" is a brand? And i thought it was supposed to be some sort of file/sketchbook/something... Wah! A brand new one?! I've never gotten anything newer than a stamp in my postbox before. XD
